✅️ SMEs and mid-sized enterprises with fewer than 300 full-time employees ✅️

✅️ Establishment of a plan to reduce actual working hours through labor-management agreement ✅️

✅️ Reduction of actual working hours without wage cuts ✅️

✅️ Application submitted through the Labor-Management Development Foundation ✅️

If the above conditions are met,

the government will provide the company

with a subsidy of 800,000 KRW per employee.

Currently, 106 companies located in Gyeonggi-do are participating.

The Ministry of Employment and Labor is expanding the program nationwide with a budget of 32.4 billion KRW.
