At around 6:55 PM on the 3rd, the day of the 9th National Simultaneous Local Elections, voters continuously visited Jamil Elementary School in Songpa-gu, Seoul, where the 'Jamsil 2-dong 6th Polling Station' was located. Most of them had previously visited the polling station before 6 PM but were turned away due to a suspension of voting caused by a shortage of ballots. After hearing that voting had resumed, they returned to the polling station after 6 PM but were unable to enter.
