It is a structure similar to the 'Millennium Gate,'

which was planned for the 2002 World Cup but eventually cancelled.

Originally, it was intended to be a Ferris wheel,

but it is said it will be built in this shape.

The circular center part will function like a Ferris wheel,

allowing visitors to view the scenery while moving in a circle.

The planned location is either Nodeul Island or Sangam Haneul Park.
