-Gyeongsang-do: Nuclear power plants (many in Jeollanam-do as well)
-Gangwon-do: Transmission towers
-Incheon: Landfills
-Chungcheongnam-do: Thermal power plants, oil refineries
But the ones consuming the most are in the Seoul Metropolitan Area (especially Seoul) lol
All the NIMBY facilities that lower property values and negatively impact residents' health are sent to non-metropolitan areas
I feel like the real estate problem would be solved instantly if they built these facilities right in the middle of Seoul haha
