First, when it's partially cooked but still has runny egg liquid remaining, lift the cooked egg with a spatula.

Then, add a slice of cheese into it.

And put the lifted egg back down. Cook it a bit more like this, and you're done...

If you put it on top of food, it's truly perfect.
